Thank you so much for providing such a beautiful facility and grounds as Plantation Pointe. Recently my mom needed therapy for a broken hip and she was a patient at Windsor. From the first day Misti Holder introduced us to the facility, we and mom felt like Royalty as the name implies, The Windsor! Her sweet, kind personality set the stage for a wonderful first impression of the facility.

Your entire staff is to be commended for the care and concern that we received and observed them showing to other patients the 5 weeks that we were there. The nurses and assistants were very helpful in complying with mom's needs.

The Therapy Department is the BEST at what they do!! They showed such enthusiasm for their job in helping others. The smile on each face was contagious and their great attitude motivated my mom on a daily basis.

During our stay at your facility, our family observed many acts of kindness from your staff and employees. Our pleasant experience at Windsor has exceeded our expectations of a short stay or permanent stay at a nursing home facility.
